Crew was not familiar with operation of IGS, oxygen recorder, pressure recorded did not operate, and the system kept tripping the high temp alarm. Condition of class issued by DNV addressing the IGS system. Vessel is not allowed to carry any cargo that requires IGS in US waters, untill system is approved by NKK.
