All of the inside accommodation doors need to be inspected by Class. We found them tied open with line or hooks. Most of the doors did not close when released and those that did would not stay close. Those that were closed by pulling them shut could not be open easily. The door handles are old and need replacing. These are all needed in order to maintain a fire boundaries.

The crew has drilled into the bulkhead between the crew's and engine room and ran power wires through the holes. They have done the same thing to the Officers lounge.
