During the drydock extension survey, marine inspector found substantial damage to the frames and plating on the port stern corner of the vessel where the port steering gear flats rooms is located, which is below the vessel's waterline when loaded. Vessel is authorized to conduct temporary repairs as long as they are approved by an ABS surveyor/CG marine inspector, but shall enact permanent repairs to the satisfaction of a CG marine inspector during next drydock.

Vessel's OWS piping system and sewage piping system does not currently match original drawings. Sewage tank is currently interconnected with bilge piping system and allows for oily waste/water to be pumped overboard completely by-passing OWS. Vessel shall submit plans to Marine Safety Center (MSC) within 90 days to ensure current arrangement is allowed by regulations and lock out any valves that interconnects both system and are not part of the approved drawings until further review has been conducted by MSC.
