Lifefloats are required two paddle per lifefloat. One paddle in each of the two lifefloats had UV damage on the paddle making the plastic brittle and break. Replace the damaged paddles.46CFR180.175(d)

All cable and wire must be installed with metal supports spaced not more than 610 millimeters (24 inches) apart, and in such a manner as to avoid chafing and other damage. Flexible hose designed for use with hose clamps may be installed with two clamps, at both ends of the hose, which: (1) Do not rely on the spring tension of the clamp for compressive force; and (2) Are installed beyond the bead or flare or over the serrations of the mating spud, pipe, or hose fitting. the starboard main engine cooling water hose requires a second hose clamp on the cooling water intake. 46cfr182.720(e)(3)(v)(B)

Vessel was involved in a lightening strike that resulted in damage to the vessel's battery banks and unknown damage to the vessel's electrical systems. Vessel is to make permanent repairs to the battery banks and test all electrical systems to ensure proper operation. Once all repairs are made and the vessel's owner believes all systems are operational, the vessel will conduct a sea trial with a Coast Guard Marine Inspector.

Fire pump inline strainer possibly clogged.

Vessel's bilge pump is not working as design. Vessel shall demonstrate bilge pump system to CG.

Vessel's lifejacket stowage bins need to be stenciled with amount and type of lifejacket.

Vessel's lifefloats do not have batteries for the waterlights. Replace with proper batteries.

Vessel does not have fire hose. Provide an approved fire hose.

REPLACE THE STERN LIGHT WITH A TWO (2) MILE LIGHT THAT MEETS THE REQUIRE- MENTS OF THE NAVIGATION RULES.

REPLACE THE FOUR (4) NON COAST GUARD APPROVED FLEXIBLE FUEL LINES, WITH COAST GUARD APPROVED. THERE ARE TWO (2) NON-APPROVED LINES ON EACH GENERATOR.

MARK OR STENCIL ALL PFD STOWAGE COMPARTMENTS WITH NUMBER OF PFD'S ENCLOSED,AND WHETHER ADULT OR CHILD.

RELOCATE THE MAST STAY TO ALLOW THE LIFE FLOAT TO FLOAT FREE. THE PRESENT ARRANGEMENT OF THE MAST STAY MAY TRAP THE LIFE FLOAT AND MAY KEEP IT FROM FLOATING FREE.

SECURE EACH BUOYANT APPARATUS TO EACH OTHER BY A LENGTH OF FLOATING LINE TOENABLE APPARATUS TO FLOAT SEPARATELY, BUT REMAIN TOGETHER, IF LAUNCHED.

INSTALL SAFETY CHAIN ON DECK PLATES FORWARD AND AFT.

PROVIDE MISSING ADULT LIFE PRESERVER.
