All machinery and equipment must be installed and maintained in such a manner as to afford adequate protection from causing fire, explosion, machinery failure, and personnel injury. Vessel experienced electrical issue's resulting in vessel going full astern without throttle control. Submit tech report to local OCMI once issue is discovered/corrected to set up a sea trial before the vessel can operate.
