The vessel operator reported a 1 inch by 3/32 inch fracture in the hull bottom plating, causing approx. a gallon per minute of sea water to enter the #4 void. Prior to the vessel's departure, the vessel operator shall submit a diver's report documenting the extent of the damage to the exterior of the hull causing the water intrusion and a repair proposal to the cognizant OCMI for approval.
