The MI identified that the VHF-DSC radio installations were not IAW marine communications requirements. The MI identified multiple areas causing concern for the electrical system integrity through compliance with applicable regulations. The vessel must complete a thorough groom of all electrical components to include removing dead-ended cabling, correctly mounting junction boxes and cable runs, replacing frayed or exposed conductors, completing distribution center maintenance, ensuring a degree of electrical protection for the safety of crew, etc.

The MI identified multiple "non critical structural" areas causing concern for the maintenance of all structural systems and standards. The vessel must carry out an overall and close-up inspection to identify all areas requiring structural repair replacing both deck house class 1 watertight doors, repairing the waisted ballast tank vent pipe, waisted electrical kick pipe on the port quarter, waisted ventilation louvers forward of the deck control room, repair patch on the deck house near the fire station.
