However, in special cases, a detailed analysis of the entire structure or some integral part may be made by the Coast Guard to determine the structural requirements. There is possible deck wastage behind the Creole Room Bar by the void hatch. Cut away deck covering IWO the Rusted Deck. Clear all rust build up and provide a gauge report for the entire area around the hatch as discussed with the vessel master. Provide the report VIA email to [email withheld]. This is to be accomplished by 02Apr25. (Two Weeks). Possible repairs are pending the results of the gauging report.

Overcurrent protective devices must be installed so that a short-circuit on a circuit that is not vital to the propulsion, control, or safety of the vessel does not trip equipment that is vital. Electrical components under pilothouse console was found with multiple daisy-chained power strips and makeshift power cable tied into back of receptacle outlet. Furthermore, these powerstips were providing power to AIS, Throttle lights and miscalaneous non vital components such as microwave. Remove all unnecessary components such as daisy-chained power strips. Re-wire or move location of AIS and throttle control lights to a vital powers source. Survey all electrical components and breakers for overloaded circuits. Remove all stored items such as cleaning supplies from console.

Top left dog was found loose and not making proper contact with seat. Make appropriate repairs to door.
