The words “FIRE BUCKET” must be stenciled in a contrasting color on each bucket. Vessel was missing proper markings and attached lanyard on fire buckets. Install proper lanyards and markings to the satisfaction of the Marine Inspector.

3. Conduct a new stability test classified as an open boat.
