A pre-engineered fixed gas fire extinguishing system must automatically shut down all power ventilation systems and all engines that draw intake air from within the protected space. Vessel Fireboy does not shutdown port side engine when pin is pulled to test the shutdown functionality of the system. Operator must have technician service the system, troubleshoot, and correct the deficiency.

Stowed so that when the vessel sinks the survival craft floats free and, inflates automatically. Vessel IBA painter secured permanently to the vessel, bypassing the float-free link. Ensuring if the vessel sank it would cause IBA to sink as well. Vessel must secure IBA painter properly to float-free link.
