The ground fault detection indicates 10 amps of current are flowing across ground when the vessel is connected to shore power. This is due to the neutral to ground on shore and neutral to ground on the vessel.

The engine room ventilation fire dampers on both the port and starboard side would not close completely and a 3" gap was observed when closed.

MI observed the pressure gauge at the fire pump inoperable. MI observed water from the fire hoses with adequate capacity.
