PSCO observed: uncontrolled alcohol, broken lights in stateroom, broken toilet in stateroom, broken sink in stateroom, stowage of cleaning/cooking supplies in stateroom. During this time, weekly inspections of accomodation spaces showed no issues despite being required items in the vessels SMS. An internal safety audit is required within 3 months.
