PSCO observed approximately one gallon of pooled oil underneath the #1 generator fly wheel, multiple small pooled oil spots throughout the containment on top of the main diesel engine, pooled oil and steady drip at a pipe connection on the fuel transfer unit near the oily water separator, and a containment bucket catching oil underneath the fuel oil service drain tank in the purifier room.
