The Racor filter did not have a bowl (flame shield) on the bottom to protect from shattering or potential flames. Vessel is to install a steel bowl at the bottom of filter to satisfaction of MI.

Vessel shall submit a dive report prior to getting underway and to have steering and propulsion systems inspected prior to carrying passengers.
