The OCMI will inspect a towing vessel subject to this subchapter located in his or her jurisdiction at least once every 5 years; vessel has not been inspected by CG in >5 years, as discovered on receiving report from TPO (ABS) of vessel having missed drydocking and annual survey requirements. Rectify prior to commercial service.
