1230-RAILING CAT WALKS-A permanent gangway that is fitted with rail throughout its length and supported by stantions spaced not more than 1.5m apart. PSCO observed stanchion located near the top of the gangway disconnected from lower support causing an unsafe condition. ICLL 25-1/(2)(e)(vi) 10c
