This includes abandoning the vessel, recovering persons from the water, responding to onboard fires and flooding, or responding to other threats to life, property, or the environment.
The instruction required by 46CFR140.420 is required annually and must be recorded.
The master has not conducted drills in the last year. Conduct drills and display a satisfactory level of competence to the Coast Guard.
