Chains fitted between two fixed stanchions and/or bulwarks are acceptable in lieu of guard rails. Above the dehumidifier room on the port side, no chains are provided in lieu of guard rails. Deteriorated rails were found in way of PV breaker.

The mechanical ventilation for the sample locker room on the starboard side of the cargo deck was found inoperable.
