The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. PSCO observed punctures on STBD APT and engine room. In addition, puncture on #1 DEEP F.O. Tank. PSCO also observed 3 out of 4 shaft seals are damaged and are leaking water. PSCO also observed 1 out of 3 shafts are broken on the turning gear. 74SOLAS04 1/11

PSCO observed vessel failed to conduct annual inspection of fixed CO2 fire-fighting system, in regards to functionality testing all audible alarms and test fuel shut-off controls connected to fire-protection systems for proper operation IAW MSC/Circ. 1432.
