For equivalent kits, the contents must be stowed in a suitable, watertight container that is marked “First-Aid Kit”. A first-aid kit must be easily visible and readily available to the crew. Replace all expired medication.

Replace with approved type and quantitative. Vessel will be reduced to zero (00) passengers, total persons allowed two (02) until deficiency is cleared by a marine inspector.
