The construction and arrangement of a vessel must allow the safe operation of the vessel in accordance with the terms of its Certificate of Inspection giving consideration to provisions for a seaworthy hull. Vessel port and starboard pontoon noses were found to have excess indents that require repair. no holes found in pontoon and no water in section of damage. Provide repair plan to this office prior to repair. 46 CFR 177.100
