(c) Currently 4 bilge/fire pumps on the vessel, crew informed PSCO that STBD FWD pump is primary and being used. Tested fire pump STBD AFT and observed a leak of 5 gallons per minute when pump is not running. (d) When testing PORT Emergency Generator, observed major exhaust leak.
