Vessel collided with a jagged piece of pipe that was on the corner post of the slip at C-Port where the vessel was moored 02 Sept 2011. The jagged piece of pipe puntured the fuel tank above the water line causing an approximate 6 inch gash in the side shell of the vessel. Fuel tank was emptied, certified gas free by a marine chemist and the damaged side shell was renewed.
