Where flexible nonmetallic hose is permitted for use in piping systems, it must meet SAE J-1942. Nonmetallic hoses that do not meet SAE J-1942 standard were found on the tunnel thruster, and starboard aft main engine reduction gear. Replace with hoses that meet the appropriate standard.
