To include currents, water depth, river stage, visibility and weather conditions and anticipated changes along the route, traffic, status of pilothouse instrumentation and controls, bridge air draft and other overhead obstructions, horizontal clearance and navigational hazards, lock transits, broadcast to mariners, safety/security zones, configuration of vessel/tow, and any special conditions not covered.
