Vessels new engine, YANMAR ENG No: E59183 is fitted with an electric throttle position sensor (propulsion control system) in lieu of mechanical. Submit a limited qualitative failure analysis (QFA) addressing power loss to the throttle position sensor to the Marine Safety Center. Test to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector. 46 CFR 184.620(c)
