While conducting an inventory of the lifeboats, it was observed that the starboard lifeboat had 23 food rations but was required to have 25 food rations. Additionally, the port side lifeboat had 24 food rations but was required to have 25 food rations. Class to attest to the proper amount of food rations on both life boats. 74 SOLAS (2004 Cons) Chap III, Reg 34 LSA Code 4.4.8.12.
