Vessels Communications Act Safety Radiotelephony Certificate is expired and does not meet the minimum standard of every vessel subject to Part III of Title III of the Communications Act must have a detailed inspection of the radio installation by an FCC-licensed technician in accordance with 40 CFR 80.59 once every five years per 47 CFR 80.903. Vessel must obtain a valid Communications Act Safety Radiotelephony Certificate. Vessel will be restricted from operating with passengers after 27APR2023 if not corrected to the satisfaction of Coast Guard Marine Inspectors.
