1850 - Fire protection cargo deck area - Ships carrying flammable products shall be fitted with a waterspray system for cooling. Fire protection should be installed to cover cargo tank domes. Forward Zone (Cargo tank #1) was inoperable when tested, due to rust at forward end of piping. SOLAS09, Ch VII/13.1; IGC 11.3.1.1
