Resolution: Coast Guard SEC HOU GAL received a tech report satisfying the requirement.
1499-Where the emergency service of electrical power is a generator it shall be started automatically upon failure of the electrical supply from the main source of electrical power and shall be automatically connected to the emergency switchboard.
