Vessel ran aground while on inbound voyage to the Port of Hampton Roads. Underwater survey of the hull, propeller and rudder and a full function test of the steering gear system is to be conducted to the satisfaction of the attending classification society surveyor and submit report attesting to the seaworthiness of the vessel prior to departing the Port of Hampton Roads.
