Vessel reported cross-contamination between fuel system and cooling system while inbound Delaware Bay on 25 December 2017. Resolution: The fractures on transverse bulkhead were repaired by vessel's crew using certified consumables and qualified welder. Upon completion of repair the welding was thoroughly examined and tested. All found satifactory.
