Resolution: Class attested to the pipping being of double pipe design and therefore over the full length protected against fuel leakages in case of the inner pipes breaking.
… Associated piping systems and fittings shall be of a design and construction adequate for the service for which they are intended. PSCO observed hole in OWS piping B/W 3-way valve and overboard discharge valve, and leaking in multiple places around gaskets. 74 SOLAS (04) II-1/26.1
