1899-Other(tankers)- Deck water seal is leaking from the overflow pipe when cargo tank pressure is over 1000mm. Master stated non-return valve seal is leaking when atmospheric temperatures rise and pressure exceeds 900mm. Crew was able to isolate the manual valve to confirm this condition. Vessel is granted a one time cargo waiver to off-load cargo due to cargo flashpoint.-FSS 2007 CH15 2.3.1.4

Resolution: Deck water seal is no longer leaking and has been repaired.
