WHILE COMPLETING CARGO LOADING OPERATIONS, THE TANKERMAN DISCOVERED A CRACK IN THE #2 CARGO TANK WHERE THE TANK TOP AND SIDE OF THE RAISED TRUNK MEET ON THE PORT SIDE. BARGE IS AUTHORIZED TO OFFLOAD CARGO AND BE MOVED TO SHIP YARD FOR REPAIR. NO OTHER CARGO OPERATIONS PERMITTED UNTIL PERMENENT REPAIRS ARE COMPLTED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ATTENDING MARINE INSPECTOR.
