01-1410-The condition of the ship & equipment shall be maintained to conform with the regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. During testing of operation of main engine upon arrival in to Port Everglades, the main engine was unable to start from the bridge due to a loose connections on a selenoid valve.
