A ship which undergoes repairs shall continue to comply with at least the requirements previously applicable to the ship. During exam found hose that led to the bow thruster tunnel space and was actively pumping water from void surrounding the tunnel on the starboard side. In May 13, 2019 class report allowed for temporary repair by welding steel box around pithole in bilge by thruster, at approximately frame 9 port side, with final repairs to be completed no later than July 6, 2019. Expanded exam in thruster area found that initial temporary repair from May 13, 2019 was no longer holding and vessel was taking on approximately 3 feet of water per hour in area. Vessel is conducting rounds every hour and utilizing pneumatic pump to actively remove water from space. Further repair necessary in thruster area to stop water ingress. ILLC Article 10; 60ac
