THE SHIP'S IMMERSION SUITS THAT ARE LOCATED IN EACH CREW MEMBER'S CABIN & WORK-STATIONS THROUGHOUT THE VESSEL ARE ALL SIZE 0633 AN IMMERSION SUIT OF AN APPROPRIATE SIZE COMPLYING WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 2-3OF THE CODE SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY PERSON ON BOARD THE SHIP. THE SHIPS IMMERSIONS SUITS IN CREW CABIN AND WORK STATIONS ARE EXTRA LARGE(>95KG) W/OUT REGARD TO THE SIZE OF THE CREWMEMBERS. PSCO FOUND THAT THE SPEAKERS ON 02 OF THE VESSEL'S PORTABLE VHF LIFEBOAT RADIOS WERE BARELY AUDIBLE AND GRAVELY DEFICIENT IN AUDIO QUALITY. REPLACE WITH ADEQUATE & PROPERLY OPERATING PORTABLE VHF RADIOS THAT MEET THE CITED REQUIREMENTS OF SOLAS.ENSURE THAT ALL 02 RADIOS HAVE UNOPENED AND UNEXPIRED SPARE BATTERIES SPECIFIC TO THAT RADIO MODEL. 74SOLAS2014III/2.1 17ABC
