The following worklist items shall be conducted onboard the vessel prior to receiving credit for a completed drydock, internal structural examination, and cargo tank internal examaination; 1.) Port rudder bearing had significant growth and made it difficult to gauge condition of rudder bearing; clean or provide proof that bearing is in satisfactory condition. 2.) #3 starboard liquid mud tank had a wasted support for sounding pipe; renew as original. 3.) Starboard side shaft alley had 02 cracked deck supports; renew as original. 4.) Prior to receiving COI, provide proof of emergency fuel shut-off operability; conduct test of emergency fuel shut-off during COI inspection. 5.) #2 port liquid mud tank had ladder rungs leading into the tank with significant wastage; renew all ladder rungs as original. 6.) Forepeak reach-rod was seized up and inoperable; provide proof of operability. 7.) Tailshafts shall be available for inspection by the attending marine inspector; provide report or proof that tailshafts are of satisfactory condition. 8.) Propellers shall be available for inspection by the attending marine inspector; propellers were not onboard the vesesl and were being reconditioned by Donavan Marine in Morgan City, LA at the time of inspection. Coordinate with the attending marine inspector to coordinate the inspection of the propellers. 9.) Potable water tank had a wasted sounding tube within the space; renew as original or remove from the space. 10.) Starboard ballast tank in the vicinity of prime mover for thruster had 04 cracked welds and 02 tripped brackets (gussets); gouge and reweld cracked welds, renew 02 tripped brackets (gussets) as original. 11.) Second bow thruster, aft of the first, had a crack where the wear ring meets the hull of the vessel; dye pen the crack to confirm the extent of it. Once dye penned, gouge and reweld.
