1899 (Tankers-Other) - At least two blowers shall be fitted which together shall be capable of delivering to the cargo tanks at least the volume of gas required by paragraph 3. The drive unit for the blower closest to the compartment entrance is leaking a black colored liquid bringing into question the functionality of the unit. 74SOLAS(2001) CH.II-2/62.7.1
