PSCO observed security screening gear to include podiums, metal detectors, and an x-ray machine restricting passenger escape route at the crew gangway and luggage carts at crew stairway deck 3, compartment 18. 74 SOLAS 01 II-2/41-2.4.10

The approximate uniform rate of closure for sliding fire doors shall be no more that 0.2 m/s and no less than 0.1m/s with the ship in the upright position. PSCO observed FSD 01-6-020 closed faster than 10 s. 74 SOLAS 01 II-2/30.4.2
