This vessel is greater than 12 meters and is currently outfitted with a navigation light configuration of a vessel less than 12 meters (rule 23 colregs/ 33CFR 83.23). For navigation underway vessel requires a masthead light, side lights and a stern light. Vessel is currently outfitted with sidelights and a combination anchor/masthead light. Provide plan to meet the requirement, to include proposed lights. Vessel is restricted to daylight operations and operations where visibility is greater than 2 miles.
