Repair sliding watertight door and demonstrate hydraulic, electrical, and manual operation to the attending Marine Inspector. Keep sliding watertight door closed and rectify deficiency within 30 days.

The master reported the fire detection system on board the LITUYA has a fault and is unable to indicate affected spaces as designed. Permanent repairs to the system shall be made within 5 days.
