Severe pitting of 10" aluminum exhaust tubes located in the lazarette. It was agreed due to not being able to locate 10" pipe in time allotted that pitting will need to be addresses at next drydock. Provide a repair plan for approval by attending USCG Marine Inspectors at next dry docking. Once repair plan is approved, complete repairs to the satisfaction of the attending USCG Marine Inspectors. To be rectified by next dry docking.
