FOR THIS PURPOSE, THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE MET: FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS AND FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS AND APPLIANCES SHALL BE MAINTAINED READY FOR USE. ; THE ACTIVIATION BOTTLES FOR THE CO2 SYSTEM ARE INSTALLED WITHIN A LOCKED BOX, TO WHICH, THE SHIP'S PERSONNEL COULD NOT PRODUCE THE KEY TO UNLOCK FOR ACCESS TO THE ACTIVATION BOTTLE.
