Resolution: Class attended the vessel and determined that a relay was the issue. The relay was replaced and tested with a load to the satisfactory of Class. PSCO also coducted auto start with satisfactory results.

Resolution: Repairs to the port clevis on the steering arm were conducted. The bearing was replaced and tested to the satisfaction of Class. A steering test was conducted by the PSCO with satisfactory results.
