In accordance with guidance from NCIV 2-95(CH-3), the company is responsible for rectifying RO findings and deficiencies identified by the Coast Guard within the time frame specified on the RO's report and/or CG-835.
The vessel has multiple outstanding conditions originating from the ACP Handover Survey CG-835, dated 09SEP2023, that do not meet class rules and affect the vessel's statutory certificates. The owner/operator shall rectify outstanding items and/or request extensions or equivalencies, as applicable, to the Coast Guard through the RO.
