PSCO discovered that vessel's SMS does not have standardized training for the ship specific design and installed life saving equipment. Current training given to crew w/emergency duties are based on Safety Officer's knowledge and experiences. SMS needs to address standardization of crew training. An external ISM audit report, sat to the USCG, must be submitted prior to clearance of the deficiency.
