Resolved 3 June 2011
Resolution: Vessel provided class report stating that the previous IOPP supplemental form was stating the incorrect information. Class issued a new IOPP Certificate with the correct maximum capacity for the incinerator at 360 kW instead of 30 Lh. Deficiency Clear.
