On a vessel of more than 65 feet in length carrying more than 49 passengers, the minimum capacity of the fire pump must be 50 gallons per minute at a pressure on not less than 60 PSI at the pump outlet. The fire pump outlet pressure gauge providing inaccurate readings, requires replacement. Gauge replaced, pump tested and providing adequate pressure (60psi) to fire main. No further requirements. Aluminum steering connector rod tab from ram to cross connect is corroding and pitting where dissimilar metals meet. Replace corroded material to good aluminum or provide alternate system that operates as intended.

Fireboy port side requires reset by pressing stop button to engage override while starboard side override operates without pressing stop button. Make both systems operate identically for use in emergent situations and ensure they are installed IAW manufacturer.
